Great easy-to-follow recipes, with plenty of information, hints and tips, alongside some rather lovely food photography. We have been having evening meals out of this book and then salads and Keto smoothies the rest of the time and I have lost a stone in weight even after some of the best home cooked food I’ve ever eaten.
