It goes all the way up the ladder to the president of the United States (Meryl Streep) but she seems more concerned with the upcoming election and after appearing on a popular talk show the two find that no-one will take the discovery seriously even if a comet the size of Mount Everest is a planet killer. In 1928, the Hungarian director Bela Olt decides to shoot Matya's story with the lead gypsy actress Lila Kis. Rylance is almost eerily good as a quirky billionaire operating with an empathy deficit, and he delivers a chilling monologue partway through. discovering a new comet, along with the fact that and it hasn’t been closer to the sun since before human civilisation began. Plot: Two low-level astronomers must go on a giant media tour to warn mankind of an approaching comet that will destroy planet Earth. years later (so, since it starts in the year 2021, the year will now be 24761), it finds a habitable planet and sends the pods to touch down, with a 58% success rate. Turning off the personalised advertising setting won’t stop you from seeing Etsy ads, but it may make the ads you see less relevant or more repetitive.DiCaprio keeps the film grounded, including in a subplot showing the strain that his newfound status as a media darling is putting on his relationship with his wife June (Melanie Lynsky). Certain items can take longer to source than the estimated week, particularly during busy trading periods and may take longer to arrive at our warehouse. Well worth a watch this has some good sci-fi scenes and a great cast including Jonah Hill as the President's son and chief of staff, Timothée Chalamet, Ron Perlman and Himesh Patel.

Randall Mindy ( Leonardo DiCaprio) decide to leak the news to the press, followed by some hilarious scenes as they figure out how to explain it verbally.

asks the age old question of… what would you do with your last moments if you knew the world was coming to an end?

The rest (over 90 yes NINETY minutes) was a pile of brown smelly social media cliches trying (and failing) to be parody!

But with its depictions of a society obsessed with image, mobile phones and where people will believe anything despite clear evidence to the contrary. She shares this discovery with her professor, Dr Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) and the two set out to tell the government and those in power the news with a great sense of urgency.

This is her first starring role after a bit of a hiatus, and her character is very thinly written, with the film not giving her that much to do from a performance standpoint. Thrown into the mix is BASH LiiF, a new social media service based around a rather huge phone, led by Peter Isherwell ( Mark Rylance), a mix of a Steve Jobs and an Elon Musk-style character with zero social skills. He wants the government to mine the comet for the rich minerals it contains rather than push it off course!
